Where do I find my tracking number?
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a tracking link. Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from VitaHotDeals.
Is shipping free?
Yes. Every order ships free anywhere in the USA.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Carriers can take a little time to scan a new package. If your tracking has not updated after a few business days, email us at info@vitahotdeals.com with your order number.
How will the charge appear on my bank or card statement?
Card payments show on your statement as SP VITA HOT DEALS, often with our phone number +1 505-531-9922 next to it. If you paid with PayPal or Amazon Pay, the charge appears under that service. If you don't recognize a charge, email us at info@vitahotdeals.com with your order number and we'll help right away.
Can I return my order?
You have 30 days after placing your order to request a return on unused items in their original packaging.
